After choosing to place an order with Xtreme Advantage we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST/EDST).

You shall receive a confirmation email that your payment has been accepted and your order has been placed and is being packed.

1. When orders are shipped you shall receive a second email advising your order has been shipped.
2. Goods shall be packaged in a manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
3. Goods in stock will be despatched next working day, subject to availability and may take 3-7 working days for delivery.
4. If products are NOT available at time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering.
5. Goods are freighted via Australia Post "Regular Parcel" or "Express Parcel" mail service depending upon your requested method. Note all delivery exempt orders shall be shipped by "Regular Parcel" service.
6. The Express Parcel delivery option is available only for packages which fit in an Australia Post 3Kg satchel bag
7. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email or facsimile. After confirming any claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of Xtreme Advantage  i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
